This is a reasonably prices based for putting a c-stand on wheels.  It is nicely made and has a comparable diameter to a c-stand.  However, the stand is more difficult to bag since the legs are lower and you need to attach the sand bags to the central column. Overall it works well for smaller lights but with even a moderate softbox (2.5x3.5') boomed put maybe 1.5ft gets unstable even with about 30lbs of bags. It works very well with lighter or more balanced loads.

Nice but more tippy than a c-stand

I am deducting two stars because the junior receiver isn't as tight as the flashpoint turtle bases.  There is only a single point of contact locking a riser in to the wheeled base, which means that they wobble perpendicular to the point of contact.  This wouldn't be an issue if the receiver was a more snug.

The base itself is well made and sturdy.  Casters seem heavy duty.  There is a slight amount of friction in the wheels which I appreciate.

Exactly what I needed! My c stand was to heavy to move around during my shoots....this drastically corrected that issue. Now I can move my modifiers easily.

Works as expected. Seems solid and rolls smooth. The wheelbase is small, but not dangerously. 
NOTE: if inserting a Matthews C-stand, it?ll fit, but the recessed locking groove will not align? I?d hoped they?d be more interchangeable.

For the price it gets the job well done, the movement of the wheels is very smooth.  If I had know would have purchases a couple of these from the beginning, highly recommended.

This is fantastic for rolling through tight office spaces.  I also have the wider footprint Flashpoint rolling stand base, and the other one is great for outdoors or wide open spaces where you have tons of room.  The wider footprint of the other model will give you more resistance to tipping over.  BUT... this stand folds down a little more compact, and the smaller overall footprint is perfect for wheeling around offices.  This model is easier to pack.  It's very sturdy - a great buy!

I bought 3!

Wonderful solution to what I had in mind.  For months I've been trying to come up with a "kludged" setup for lights and was never satisfied.  Stands were either too big and ate up too much floor space or too spindly and unstable if they were light.  This solved it all and while its not the lightest it definitely gives me peace of mind when holding my lights and they're easy to manouver and break down.  Solid kudos all around and I'm buying more!

Nothing much to say other than it works like is should. Great for moving around and locking the whells if needed.

This is the most buttery smooth base I have ever owned. It collapses very easily. One if my fav pieces of gear.  Makes sure to buy a jr to baby pin for it.

Love this stand.  I shoot in my home and this wheeled base makes my job so much easier.

I recently purchased a couple of Flashpoint Junior wheeled stands, which I love, but owned several c-stands and wanted to be able to roll those as well. They fit my Flashpoint C-stands perfectly, replacing the turtle legs (which I'll keep for outdoor work.

Had the Flashpoint Steel Wheeled Roller Stand Folding Base but the legs on this were long and got in the way often. Switched to this model works smoother, smaller foot print and more attractive, purchasing my second.
