This has a neat effect but you'd be much better buying expired film off eBay. 24 shots for $16 is too much, and most of the pictures had a green tint and extreme grain

I never thought I?d say this but this is not quite a film I?d recommend. Very grainy and desaturated, muted colors. Maybe I had the wrong expectations and was hoping for something more like traditional slide film - well, if you are looking for that, this is not it. For a very nostalgic look , maybe. It is not my favorite, and I would advise to look at sample images before buying this film. I still give it 4 stars since it might just be the look you'r looking for, it's just not my cup of tea.

Haven?t had a chance to shoot it yet but it arrived quickly and if everything I?ve seen is true it should be a spectacular film.

RetroChrome is government surplus High Speed Eastman Ektachrome color positive film. Made for industrial and governmental applications, Kodak adds it is color reversal camera film that is intended for photography under daylight illumination. Among its many applications are news photography, sporting events and industrial photography.
The film is cold-stored 2004 expired. The film performs excellent at it's intended box speed of 400 iso which leads us to believe that this film has been stored in the "deep freeze" for the past decade.
