For 10+ years I'd been storing our 250 5"x5" wedding proofs in the tidy square box they were presented to us with by our wedding photographer. I didn't think it was necessary to splurge on an album but when I finally did, it wasn't as easy to find as great an album as this one! With a two page spread you can view 8 proofs at a time and I LOVE that as many of the others just have 2 proofs per side, this one has 4. The proofs fit perfectly and the album is beautifully presented, wrapped in cloth and in a black box; the album looks and feels like leather and overall, it's classy. I was even able to buy refill pages as I had a bit more than the 200 proofs this one will hold. A few months after I took the loving time to fill the album, my daughter accidentally dropped it on it's open-flap edge and this unfortunately ripped many of the page holes thereby rendering them useless but also the spine tore apart from the cover and unfortunately, the album is no longer usable. Would I purchase the album again? I would! And in fact, despite the unfortunate fate of the last album, I've just purchased again today. Value is great as it sells for double on Amazon today. Only thing is I don't see the refill pages being sold but may have extras from my last purchase I can use. Like another reviewer noted, I too noticed that some of the plastic sleeves have a "pinch" in the plastic and as you know when plastic is pinched or creased, it turns white so this was the case with my purchase. Luckily, it doesn't have a major negative impact but if you're placing a dark proof in that sleeve, the white pinch will show up. Only other thing i'll point out is this is 25 pages; one page holds 8 proofs (4 per side) so when fully filled, you'd have 200 proofs to enjoy viewing; in addition to the weight of the album, it can feel a bit bulky/heavy and hence, be careful you've got a good grip so you don't drop it and risk it breaking like mine. Overall 4/5 - great value, classy, and I'd buy/did buy again.

I love my photo albums made for 5x5" photos! There aren't many albums that could fit these photos as perfect as these albums. I bought 2 without knowing if I'd like them. I love them!! I highly recommend them.

In terms of being a presentation device, this album is very professional. The box it is stored in is black and lacks brand logos, so it could be used as protection and presentation. Inside that a black cloth guards the album- nice. The Album itself is smooth black and very respectable. Inside sleeves hold 5x5 proofs, which I found to be good when using 6x6 medium format film camera. My one complaint is that the clear plastic on some of the sleeves had small pinch like damage to them. Just 3-4mm little cloudy lines that took from the transparency of the sleeve. Not worth sending it back for, but worth noting.

I really love this album for proofs. It is nice because it comes in a fabric lined presentation box. The last purchase was a little disappointing as, the boxes showed up beat up, Adorama is on top of things and wants to satisfy their customers. They provided a return label no questions asked. If you are looking for an album to show your work, this one is top notch...

I love this album! I had a lot of wedding pictures and I really wanted to display them all in one album. This book holds 300 pictures yet is not bulky. The style is beautiful. I also like the area beside each picture to write captions. I love everything about this album.

I love storing my 4x6 photos in this album! It is great to use as a prrof, book, album, or storage of pictures. Love the elegant hardcover with ability to place a photo in the front. The only improvement I would recommend is to add a box with it. I'm sure adorama has some to purchase but I think it would be great to have one specific for this album

It is a great product. I bought it for two reasons. My photographer I use, gives me the proofs in an envelope and not a book to keep her costs down and so I will be putting all of my babys professional proofs in this book up through his first year, great way to keep them all together. Secondly, when family and friends look at the pictures to pick out which ones they want, they do not get finger prints all over them. They stay nice and clean!

I am using this product for my wedding proofs. I actually bought 3 of them because I have so many proofs. It's a very nice album and holds the pictures nicely and easy to see. One of the albums was broken when I got it, but Adorama exchanged it for me without a problem. I will definitely use adorama again.
