The softbox is well made and what makes it so good is the zipper. I put it together the first time in about 5 mins. The second time took about a 1 min. It's well made so your are not afraid of ripping it. Last it puts out a nice even soft light from the center to the edges. It works. The only bad thing about the unit is you still have to buy a speedring (which it doesn't tell you that's not included) for you light kit eventho it's the same brand name.

First, I live in Victoria, BC, Canada and it arrived before promised. It was a snap to setup with the zipper and excellent value for the dollar. I have much more expensive soft boxes in my studio but wanted to try them after seeing them in Snap Factory's studio in Phoenix. I was not disappointed, it has fairly consistent light spread, durable and for the money why would you want to spend twice the amount of another brand! I highly recommend them and I have since purchased other soft boxes from Adorama. I can't find any real fault with Flashpoint soft boxes.
