I think the frames are nice looking and well made.  They can also be used for horizontal photos.  They're easy to use and to change photos.  My only qualification is that, like most box frames and other acrylic easel frames, they don't grab the photos tightly, so they have a tendency to slide around.  I usually add a cardboard backer and sometimes also some tape.  I recommend them for people who like simple frames that let the photos speak for themselves.
