This product exceeded my expectations. I have bought quite a few archival boxes from other companies for far more money then I paid for this one and the quality is comparable. Many thanks.

The box was exactly what I needed to store my large prints. There was a dent in the box, however, and I don't know at what stage it was damaged.

Archival boxes of this size are very hard to find and at this price plus free shipping are really a steal. I have previously purchased camera equipment from Adorama and been very satisfied. Quality goods from a quality organization is hard to beat!

I had looked for some time to find a storage box suitable for storing my many raised relief contour maps (I needed something that I could adequately protect them in) as well as to have a flat storage box for my unrolled topographic maps. I happened to find your site after doing a fair amount of internet searching. I immediately found just what I needed. A quick call to your staff and I found out the depth of the boxes (3") and then I could order just what I needed (3). Thank you for having just what I needed that I could find nowhere else.

The box is great. My prints can now stretch and breathe now that they aren't stuck in tubes.

I needed an archival box to store some large prints. This did the job. I like the drop down design. You only issue was that the metal corners are sharp and a bit flimsy. Also the corners of the box were slightly bent or were damaged during shipping. However, the box still does a great job at storing prints.

The boxes are wonderful and serve their purpose, the only downside is that the corners make it difficult to slide the top on and off.

I bought this box for storing large posters. It will serve well enough. Not clear how strong against crushing this will be. Metal reinforced corners are a plus. If you're prolific, I doubt many full ones could be stacked without a problem. I need only the one, so I will be saving the shipping box - conveniently the same approximate size - as an enclosure to add strength with the inner box to add archival contact protection.

Reason for buying: store some larger posters and prints in a flat box so they don't stay rolled in the poster tubes. Likes: -Cheap cost, -Fits the 36" poster size nicely, which few boxes do, -There's nothing really comparable on the market at this price, Dislikes: -Shipped in a straight cardboard box with no packing materials, product came dented from lack of protection, -One of the metal corners was bent in half upon arrival, also due to lack of shipping protection, -The actual box, itself, is flimsy cardboard, but gets the job done. Slightly thicker than the boxes you get clothes in at Christmas time. The box bends a bit if you pick it up on one side (i.e., not very sturdy cardboard that can support its own weight). NOTE: Two of the metal corner pieces are absent, which is not really how the product is advertised in the picture. Therefore, one of the edges bends outward (like a door). This seems like silly design. I presume it is so you can access posters from the side and slide them out, but in order for it to work, you have to take the cover off. Perhaps mine was an error, but just be aware that this exists. I taped my corners as I did not need side access. I would give it 3 stars for product quality & satisfaction, but it does get the job done for storage, so 4 stars it earns. As the other reviewer mentioned, the cover is hard to get on. This is due to the flimsy cardboard, but if you aren't going into the box frequently, it is a minor problem. Also note: my hope was to slide under my bed and have a discreet storage. It fits under beds just fine (really good size actually, but the cardboard isn't sturdy enough to put much else on top of the box.

If you are searching for an archival print container for 24X36" prints your search is over. I looked at all the usual vendors for one and I couldn't find anything within my budget. These fill the void nicely. I would have given them five stars but they are just a bit tough to get the covers on them. This may just be because of their size or it could be user error. Anyway, bravo to Adorama for making these available!
