Overall these pages are good for storing negatives. The cost for a set of pages was excellent. The only problem that I was concerned with was the width of the page. You have to have an extended width binder or the pages will stick out the sides. Even with the extended binder the edges come right to side. I just feel uncomfortable with my negatives that close to the edge. This is perhaps more a function of the design. Obviously 6 frames is going to be wider than 5 frames. If I had to do it again I would go with an alternate arrangement where the 6 frames are stacked vertically but then again you will have fewer frames per pages. Choices, choices.

I am not sure exactly when I bought my first batch of 357B Negative storage sheets. Over the years I have purchased over a 100 sheets. Some negatives date back ten to twelve years. Early negatives have some minor scratches more visible on thinner negatives. That could have been from processing, printing or other handling as some that were done by a different lab around the same time kept in same style sheets are in much better condition despite being reprinted. Sheets are clear enough quality to print contact sheets without removing negatives. Sheets dated from 99 or older have become slightly cloudy from dust, but still clear enough to view with no problem. I have only one complaint about these sheets. It is not easy to remove the negatives without risking fingerprints or scratching negatives. Another thing to watch for is If negatives are extremely curled then they can snag being inserted or removed. Unless they are stored in a climate controlled dust free area you are most likely going to have to deal with some dust collecting in the sleeves. I had mine in a standard 3 ring open ended binder stored in a closet and they were in better condition than family photos a few years old stored in a sealed box in the lab sleeves. While I do not shoot film much anymore I am about to order more to put the rest of my negatives in as well as replace another brand of sheets. I can not say they are the best brand or that these are the best product, but I have used Print File for storing my negatives and showcasing my photos for years and would recommend their products to anyone.

It could be a hair less flimsy, but it works. Not sure about long term (as in 10+ yrs) viability, as it's easy to get dust in in. This is not a problem if you're box storing though. It doesn't fit too well with what I have

Best solution I have found for dealing with the thousands of old negatives I have
Until recent years, archival film storage had been associated, at least in the public mind, with museums, government agencies, libraries, or other institutions concerned with the preservation of photographic records; however, other users of photographic film, such as commercial photographers, printing houses, publishers, and schools, have long been concerned with how best to ensure permanence of their irreplaceable photography.
A sophisticated generation of amateur photographers who observed how time, humidity and casual storage damaged valuable slides and prints, nowadays, have converted to using archival storage techniques. They, too, appreciate that a picture good enough to keep is good enough to keep forever.
Exclusive thin backing coupled with high clarity provides excellent resolution when proofing without removing negatives from the preserver. No other manufactured preserver has this feature. Also, continuous seams eliminate the problem of negatives hanging up in the sleeve itself. You can literally load and unload Print File preservers easier and faster.
The Exclusive Hanging File System is designed specifically for hanging photographic records in standard file drawers or file boxes. Simply slide the hanger into the preserver's I.D. strip, and it's ready for hanging. And you don't need to be a professional photographer to keep your negatives, prints, slides, and transparencies permanently protected. While you might not be able to maintain an optimally cool, dehumidified vault, you can be assured that careful handling and storage of film and print material, using Print File archival preservers, will help keep your film library in top quality condition for years to come.
