Economy Mail cart

I called your office to see if i could get more of the screws to screw the cart together because the cart falls apart all the time I wanted to purchase the screws because no screws fit it other than the screws you provide of course the representative informed me that they were no replaceable screws for this cart so how am i suppose to fix it? i have to purchase news one when i already purchased them and figured they would be durable? Ridiculous!
