great buy for schools

As a 2 form entry school we have a lot of confidential paperwork that requires shredding. Prior to having this model it was a time consuming activity and therefore it would be put off and back logs would build up as staff would not have time to stand at a shredder. However since we have had this model I have no back log as items are put straight in the drawer and the machine activated once the drawer is full.

Great new shredder

There are four of us in our office using this shredder. We have had it for nearly four weeks now and are very happy with its performance. It is very quiet and we all find it convenient that we can fill up the tray and only shred a couple of times a day. It is very quiet and looks nice in the office. We have had no issues with regard to the machine jamming at all. We would recommend this shredder.

machine faulty yet again

The machine has been away for a week and we were loaned a very small machine. it was returned with no explanation of the fault so when I rang I was told they replaced the top.We are a very small office. Today I have been shredding. No staples, no paperclips, no plastic in other words I have been very carefulThe machine was showing full even when the box was only half full so I have been emptying it. Now the drawer is open again and I am unable to close this. The box is empty.there is nothing jammed but still the drawer will not close. So far I am very unhappy with this machine and will never recommend it
