Sadly, replacement parts are not available

I laminate a lot!! My first Proteus was purchased October 2019.It stopped working last week, and when I removed the cover I could see immediately what the problem was. I have never used a cleaning sheet, and obviously didn't read the small print and surprisingly one didn't come with the machine which might have prompted me to use one! The 2 front pairs of rollers were jammed solid with gunk! I was given a number to contact re replacement rollers and when I rang I was told that wasn't an option. Throughout the week, not really wanting to spend out on another Proteus, I bought and immediately returned a top range rival model which, then the Fellowes Venus which was also swiftly returned and ended up by another Proteus. Still no cleaning sheet and the instructions for cleaning start off saying to clean the top of the machine with a damp cloth and almost as an afterthought mention, "Cleaning sheets can be used...." It should read "cleaning sheets should always be used," and they should be supplied! It's not as if this a cheap laminator. A cleaning sheet was provided with the much cheaper, Venus, which luckily, though in error, I kept! Having said all this, this is my only gripe. It is an excellent laminator, and now armed with my ill gotten cleaning sheet, I hope to have many years of trouble free laminating!

A3 Lamination perfect every time

Love,love love this laminater. We use hot lamination with some pretty high heat. Laminater warms up quickly and works flawlessly. Easy to use and reliable. Thanks Fellowes!
