very disappointed with product

I ordered the 50 pk slim jewel cases because I heard from someone that you have a high quality products. So far I have been very disappointed with my purchase as half of the 20 cases I have used so far were broken and I couldn't use them. I think I would order them again though because I believe Fellowes has good products. I think I just got a bad batch of them. I heard that they stand behind their products.
