Review Summary

Although cheaper than other (sometimes considerably more expensive) polarizers it works well enough to recommend. I tested it with a laboratory grade polarizing sheet and its extinction is near 99%. Its rotating adjuster lets you align the polarization to maximize reducing ocean & lake reflections. Though in practice, another polarizing filter I have cuts out slightly more water glare. You could also use rotation to soften its polarization, though I've never had a need for that. Its coatings do not give an obvious tint to images. The snap has firmly held on in a bumpy flight, and the rotating adjuster does not move out of place once set. My only question is the underlying polarization strength, but since it works well, with no obvious drawbacks - I recommend it. PS Beware of polarizers without rotation adjustment, because when they are mis-aligned, even by just a few degrees, they are useless at reducing glare.
