very impressed with this purchase, that said, it does a good job and seems to be a powerful Machine..much better than the one we had, another brand name..was nowhere near as preformant as this one, would recommend this machine to anyone that needs a good shredder..and it doesn't take up a lot of space!

My new HD-10Cs is a replacement for the same model that was 10 years old. The old one still worked in manual mode, but lost its ability to automatically stop after completing a shredding cycle.

I read some mixed reviews on this model. I purchased an extended warranty from Office Depot. So far it shreds 10 sheets of paper quickly. The machine is attractive looking and easily fits under my desk. It has the same volume when shredding as other shredders I have used. I will come back in the future to give an update after I've used this product for 6 months.

When my original bit the dust after *many* years of faultless service (my bad for not oiling often enough!), I tried two other "similar" models and makers but they went right back. The HD-10Cs is top of the game as far as I am concerned; I HAD to have it for a replacement.

It's a good shredder, but the strips are a little too long so it's still readable. If it could cut shorter, that would be better.

The design and attractiveness of the shreader was the initial reason to purchase but after the first use, the smooth operation of the motor and ease with which it chewed up documents was an additional bonus. Overall, this machine rates an AONE from me from the catch basket to the motor, an outstanding product!

This is a replacement for our old office shredder. It is great! It has a bigger basket which is easily seen through to know when to empty it. It runns quietly adn smoothly. I would recommend it to any small office.

I had been shopping for a home shredder for almost a year. What I wanted, one to shred complete envelopes of "spam" advertising, without opening. This machine promised 10 sheets & delivered. It was so awesome, I also ordered another for our 3 person office. Neither shredder has jammed, or overheated despite massive "backup" shredding! Thank-you for actually delivering as promised. The mesh basket is great. We also have small children in & out of the office & the safety features are beyond compare.

I have used the OMG shredders but that was not what I need for home. This is a good mid level shredder, durable,non-jamming and well built. I didn't want to buy a cheap store brand that I would end up throwing away in six months. The fellow shredders are not that product.

I bought this shredder for our small insurance agency office. I really like the way it works. It is small and compact yet strong enough to do the job we need done. I purchased the HD-10Cs Cross-Cut Shredder as a replacement shredder and I love this shredder. It is very quiet, durable, stylish, and I love the full bin shutoff. I would recomend this shredder to anyone. It is fantastic!

This is a great shredder. It is easy to use and cuts through anything. This is a medium use shredder, but I had to stop twice during one shredding session for overheating. I would recommend this to anyone!

We had a small shredder. All we needed it for was personal reasons. Shredding old documents no longer needed or those constant offers through the mail. Our shredder finally died after many years of service. So off we went to the store to get a new one. So many to choose from! We did finally choose and I am so happy with our purchase! It is easy to set up, easy to use, easy to maintain! It does the job it was made to do quickly. I hope it lasts a long long time. I will definitely get another Fellowes next time and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I purchased this product to use in my office. It has proven to be exactly what I expected. Only a few paper jams and then they were cleared up immediately. The safety features are wonderful because it helps to eliminate accidents. I appreciate having a shredder that has the capabilty to cut credit cards, staples and CDs. I have not experienced much mess since purchasing this shredder. I enjoy having a shredder that I can shred more than two or three sheets of paper at one time. It is well constructed and I believe it will be around for a long time with proper care and maintenance.

This is my third shredder (first Fellows shredder). As soon as I shredded my first item, I knew that this was a superior product. It was fast, the motor was strong, the cutters were smooth. This is a great product. I am very pleased with my purchase and I will reccomend it to my friends.

The HD-10C not only is a good performer but it has style. The other units I looked at were ugly boxes. I keep ours in my den which is a classy room in my home, it fits right in rather than looking like a commercial unit that had no aesthetic considerations incorporated into it. Works great and looks good what more could anyone want!!
