Shreds paper very well, even when fed multiple sheets, and has no trouble with credit cards and CD or DVD discs, but I find myself picking shreds from the cutters constantly. Not absolutely sure if I constantly need to be doing that, but I do not want to experience a nasty jam, and have to figure out how to take it apart to fix something like that. By staying ahead of the jams though, I have used this machine for well over a year with absolutely no trouble at all. I am very pleased with it.

Have only had this shredder for a few months and used it for the junk mail and credit card app's we get and it works just fine. Wish that the bin had an extra part that stuck out from the machine for all the recyclables that don't need to be shredded...now we just have another bin beside it. We'll see how it holds up for the "end of year" shredding I'm going to do. That will be the true test.

It is difficult to find a good shreadder for less than $200.00. This one fits the bill.

This shredder is powerful. Great features include the SafeSense sensor, separate slot for credit cards, CDs. It also shuts off automatically if the bin is pulled out (good for safety purposes).

Overall, a very good shredder. About the only (slight) criticism is that the shredded opening is not as vertically oriented as previous shredders I've used, making it a slight bit awkward to use (may be an advantage for some, though). [...].
