About FX Lion FX-VS40

Hot-swap plate for your camera. Swap out empty batteries in no time!

The FX-VS40 is a V-mount Hot-Swap plate with an internal battery. It attaches directly to your device, and the main battery mounts onto the plate. When the main battery is removed or its voltage drops below 11.7V, the plate automatically switches to the internal battery, ensuring uninterrupted power to your device without the need to turn off your camera.

The internal battery supports high-rate discharge with a maximum working current of 20A and a power output of up to 200W.

Additionally, the Hot-Swap plate features an OLED screen that displays a countdown when the main battery is removed or its voltage drops below 11.7V. The countdown starts at a maximum of 120 seconds, giving you ample time to replace the main battery before it reaches zero.

The plate also offers versatile connectivity options with 1 USB-C input/output, 2 D-Tap outputs, and 2 USB-C output ports to meet various power requirements.
