At FLASHPOINT, empowering photographers is our goal. We’re sorry that the AC Adapter we provided with your XPLOR 600 was not up to our usual high standards, and we invite you to request a replacement, which will be shipped to you as soon as they are in stock. Once you receive the replacement AC Adapter, you will need to ship back the defective unit using a free return label.
You will be required to provide your original Adorama order number which can be found on your original invoice. If you can’t find your original invoice, please contact customer service for assistance in locating your order number. Unfortunately, we cannot provide free replacement AC Adapters to anyone without an Adorama order number. If you ordered more than one AC Adapter in a single order, please indicate that on the form. If you ordered more than one AC Adapter in separate orders, please fill out a form for each order.
