How It Works
Sign in: Log into your Adorama account (VIP Reward membership required).
Select your order: Choose the order and the exact item to claim.
Enter the lower price: Provide the current Adorama price for that item.
We’ll verify: Our team will confirm the lower Adorama price.
Get your refund: If approved, we’ll refund the difference and give you 10% back in VIP Reward Points within 5–10 business days.

Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Applies to Adorama orders purchased between Nov 3, 2025 (12:00 AM ET) and Dec 31, 2025 (11:00 PM ET). You must be a VIP Rewards member (VIP, VIP Perks and VIP Pro) to qualify for the 10% back in VIP Reward points.
- Claim Deadline: Claims must be submitted by December 31, 2025 (11:00 PM ET) while the lower price is active.
- Price Match Scope: Only Adorama to Adorama price adjustments on the identical item (SKU). Competitor price matches do not qualify.
- Refund Method:Once approved, a refund for the price difference will be issued to the original form of payment, and an additional amount equal to 10% of that price difference will be credited in VIP Reward Points to your account. Refunds and points typically post within 5–10 business days.
VIP Reward Points expire 12 months after issuance. - Claim Limit: One claim per item per customer.
- Exclusions: Marketplace items, third-party sellers, price errors, Used and/or Open Box items, Adorama Classroom Connect, Adorama Business Solutions/B2B accounts, and reseller purchases are not eligible.
- Returns & Exchanges: If the qualifying item is returned or exchanged, the related refund and any VIP Reward Points will be voided or reversed.
- Multiple Price Drops: If prices drop multiple times, Adorama will honor one approved claim per item based on the lowest eligible price within the promotion window
- Fraud & Verification: Adorama may request additional documentation or validation and reserves the right to deny claims that don’t meet terms or show abuse patterns.
- Right to Modify: Adorama reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
