Current stock of RT-610 after 6/22/2017 is Windows 10 and Mac compatible with Version "2"

PLEASE NOTE: If your RT-610 is still in V1, you will need to send your unit in for update.
To update your RT-610 unit to be compatible with Windows 10 and Mac, please fill out this form.

How to do the Update

Please follow exactly the steps in this manual, otherwise irreparable damage to your equipment may occur. In case of uncertainty, please contact our support in advance at 212-647-9300

2. For the update of the ORLIT RT-610, connect a USB cable (not included) to the mini USB port of the rechargeable battery compartment.

3. For the update of the ORLIT TR-611 C, make sure the unit is turned off before you connect it to your computer using the micro USB cable (not supplied). Then switch on the radio trigger.

4. A new removable disk is displayed in Windows Explorer.

5. Move the unpacked update file to this new removable disk. Disconnect the USB connection to the ORLIT RT-610, or turn the remote release off and remove the USB cable.

6. The device is ready for use immediately. You will see the Version number on lower right hand corner of the welcome screen.

On the AC units powerd cord must be disconnected before doing the firmware upgarde.
