You can submit a request on the rental form above.
You must supply a finalized ARC Invoice during your purchase in-store in order to get your credit. The form must say "Invoice" in the upper right-hand corner of the form. ARC order forms are not accepted.

100% of your first week's rental will be credited back and applied towards your gear purchase.
The credit is applicable to the gear you've rented and the pro video category.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All rental orders will be facilitated by Adorama Rental Company, a subsidiary of Adorama. You must pay the upfront rental cost during your trial period. You must be 18 years and older with a valid US Photo ID, with non-debit Credit Card, and provide a Certificate of Insurance to rent. Please see full ARC's terms and conditions and how to rent here.
All purchases must be made in-store at the Adorama NYC flagship location. In order to redeem the rental credit back, you must present an ARC Invoice within 60 Days of the invoice date.
