Once we receive your equipment, we will call you with a purchase offer. If you agree to our offer, we will pay you via check, direct deposit, or trade-in credit. If you don't agree to our offer, we will return the equipment to you at our expense.

We always want to complete the trade-in process quickly so you can receive your cash or upgrade to new gear as soon as possible!
