Women in Gaming: Featuring Hayley Beauregard

My name is Hayley Beauregard and I’m 24 years old. I currently work at Western Digital and I am a Social Media Specialist for WD_BLACK. I run our social media accounts, help lead our influencer strategy, and co-host/run our weekly Twitch Streams. I have been playing video games since I was about 6 years old - my first game ever was Pokémon Leaf Green. Currently I still am a huge gamer and enjoy playing them on a daily basis.

“What does it mean to you to be an influential woman in the technology/gaming community?”
It means everything to me. Growing up, I didn’t have any prominent females in gaming to look up to. I was nervous to “go online” and play with autofill on. It never felt like a space where I was allowed. I don’t ever want anyone to feel like that, so I strive to create that positive space and impact within the community so no one ever will.
