Perfect for our whole home!
I decided to get these so that one could go into each of my daughters room so that when I need them rather than yelling across the house, I can broadcast to their rooms directly. This works wonderfully!!!!

They're awfully convenient.
We had an original Mini Home which went mad and gibbered on randomly. It was amazing how much we'd come to rely on the thing, so we picked up the new Nest Mini. I'd be hard pressed to comment on the audio improvement without a side by side comparison (and the home has been... well, retired), but it works well,sounds good, and fits our use.

Cute, awesome, and useful! I want one for every room of the house.
This is one awesome little speaker! I can't believe how good music sounds coming out of this! It's small and lightweight, and has a groove you can use to hang it on a wall. We have this one on a command hook in the kitchen. The google assistant is a great helper for almost anything you can think of. If you're afraid of being spied on or something, there is a switch you can use to turn off the microphone. Setup was pretty quick and easy. Just follow the instructions in the google home app. I hope someday Google makes a rechargeable version of this product.

Exactly what I expected.
Product shipped in a timely fashion, with no shipping damage. If you haven't tried any of the Google Nest smart devices, this is a good product to dip your toe in the pool of potentially having a smart home. Or if you just want a speaker you can give voice commands to, it works well for that.

Google assistant
This is a sure winner when it comes to home assistant. The kids love using Google assistant for their home work. The assistant have decent speaker quality and volume. When is on sale again I'll be sure to pick up more assistants for other parts of the home.

Works well, but beware having too many!
I think it has better sound and recognition than did Gen 1. Adorama had on super-sale so I got 4 to add to our existing setup ... when they're close together multiple units hear the "OK Google" trigger and responses can be weird (different from different units?) so probably best to not get over-enthusiastic about scattering them around with overlap.
(BTW, Adorama had some supply issues but resolved them, and honored the sale price)

Worth it. Consistent product.
This is my second smart speaker. My other is a Google Home Mini and this one is a newer version of the Google Nest Mini. You can tell the speaker has a little more oomph in this model. Would recommend and would repurchase.

The little device you didn’t think you woul use
Never thought I would enjoy something like this. I was wrong. It’s pretty cool to be able to get a weather report, set a timer or an alarm just by asking. I can ask for a song or how to spell something. It’s really kind of addicting. It is small and easy to keep out of the way. You can even mount it on the wall. It’s styling is clean and compact. I have ordered one for my girlfriend because she likes mine so much.
