About Galaxy Audio CBM-3

The Galaxy Audio CBM-3 is a carbon boom microphone with 24" floor stand. This light weight carbon boom microphone makes remote miking easy. With a 57" rigid carbon fiber shaft, they give a clean, elegant look, yet are highly portable. The CBM-3 includes 3 interchangeable elements (Omni, Cardioid and Super Cardioid) and the CBM-5 comes with the cardioid condenser element with 1/2" gold plated diaphragm for more sensitive applications. Great for Theater, Choir, Orchestra and Symphony and as an ambient room microphone. The included mini XLR to XLR cable has a recessed -10 dB pad and 80Hz Low Frequency Roll Off Switch.
