I bought the Gary Fong C1 flash diffuser and I love it. I can now take better informal portrait photography or wedding photography. This diffuser really makes the flash softer and it's great when using it indoor.

I like the product and it really diffuses the flash well. It can be hard to secure to my Nikon SB-800.

I had a chance to use the C1 from another profestionial,I said no way is ths going to work, because its been tried in so many other ways,Well I tried it at a swimsuit show, I was in shock when I saw the pictures,I compaired them with the pictues I took with my Nikon D100 with a nikon 800 flash without the c1,then I looked at the pictures with the C1,big,big different, the C! should be in everone camera bag.it as different as night and day.

I bought this after a recommendation from a fellow wedding shooter. I needed to get in and get out of a group shot situation (which isn't my favorite thing to do) very quickly and didn't have time to set up lights. This system saved my cookies. I shot a family portrait with 30 + people in it and the light (with the chrome booster) was perfect! I highly recommend this for indoor group shots when time is a factor. Dance floor shots also were very easy.

The new cloud colored Lightsphere provides the warmest softest light possible from your on-camera flash Studio quality light, that you can carry in your gear bag, makes the Cloud Lightsphere the perfect diffuser for portrait photographers and wedding photojournalists. This soft flattering light is the same light you are accustomed to finding in your studio when using a softbox, Calumet panel or large umbrella. If you shoot outside of your studio - you will love the NEW Cloud Lightsphere.
The inverted dome allows you to softly diffuseyou will love the NEW Cloud soft source without creating flare on the front of your lens.

There is an open top to allow clear light to hit the ceiling. A chrome-plated kicker panel blows light forward, while the inverted bowl blasts more light into the bowl, brightening the bowl.
Amberdome
