It is a handy, quick and simple close up diffuser that doesn't get into the way, and easy to dismount when not needed. I use it with the built in flash on my D7100 with excellent results.

I love it! The built in flash was like the sun expolded, burning the subject’s shadow permanently on the wall. The puffer is a game changer for me. I was avoiding shots that needed a flash before the puffer. My only complaint is the area that slides into the shoe is a bit snug but I imagine that differs per camera model. I’m going to try and file it down slightly but haven’t gotten around to it. I’d buy it again.

Small, Light, easy to store in a camera bag, easy install on the camera flash mount, priced right. Have been getting good results with the unit. I would buy this again.
