The GFW-MIC-SM5560 acts to preserve sound quality by isolating your large-diaphragm condenser mic from the stand itself. The shockmount supports most studio mics ranging from 55-60mm in diameter and features soft EVA foam lining to gently grip the mic, keeping it comfortably secured inside the cradle for hassle-free recordings. To insert the mic, simply pinch and pull back on the spring clips to open up the inner ring. The stand adapter features an angle adjustment knob and comes equipped with 5/8"-27 standard mic threads, allowing you to connect the mount to most mic stands on the market.
