This is a great memory holder because it holds a bunch of cards and I can separate them so I know which ones are used/full.

For someone who lacks organization, this slinger from Adorama sure does the trick. Fits easily into one of the compartments in my camera bag. Easy to find the black bag in my yellow interior camera bag. Probably the best [$] I've ever spent

My wife and I travel quite a bit by motorcycle and I carry 2 cameras, an Olympus DSLR for me and either a Pentax or Kodak point and click for her. She uses the point and clicks while riding down the road to capture fun things seen along the way and I use the DSLR at points of interest we stop at. To fulfill our needs I purchased 2 of these card holder pouches and attached them to the strap of my camera bag. In one of them I have my card reader and USB cable in the 2 pouches in the left hand flap, SD cards in the center 4 pouches and spare batteries for her cameras and my camera in the pouches in the right hand flap. In the other I have CF cards in the outer flaps and XD cards in the center 4 pouches. The only minor issue I have found with this holder is the center 4 pouches are too small for the protective cases the cards come in but seem to hold the cards alone securely.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. I carry all my SD memory cards in it...as well as my card reader and my zip drive. It slips right on to the arm strap and easy to get into as well as triple layered to prevent lossing anything. Works great.

This Slinger is wonderful. It has velcro straps so you can attach to a belt while on a shoot, or attach it to your bag strap. It has plenty of storage for all kinds of batteries. It also has small flaps on each card pouch so you can identify used or clean memory cards. Couldn't ask for a better unit. Bravo!!

The card pockets could be more snug & velcro backing could help.

This stores my 6 SD cards very nicely. I don't have any problem getting them in or out. Would suggest this to a friend.

I like the way this product attaches to the strap of my camera bag, not taking up any precious space inside my bag. It holds a good amount of CF cards, and the velcro is good and sturdy so I'm not worried about losing cards.

One big minus but it is a big one. The case is black and relatively small. Black is hard to see and easy to lose even when looking at it. Rememeber that black glass case you can never find. Being black this cf holder is easy to lose and man no one wants to lose their cf cards, especially if shots are on them. Why don't manufactures wise up and make these small things in bright yellow, pink, etc so they stand out.

Ideas like these can make any photographer's life much easier. We need more products like these on the market. I have rated it a FIVE STAR, because it is the perfect pouch for any photographer. It gives you the ability to protect and store your cards and small digital batteries in one safe and convenient pouch. I also have been using my second pouch for my mobile DJ/Music cards. Way to go ADORAMA !

Provides an abundance of storage pockets for SD Media, also has enough room for extra batteries and memory card reader, plus camera case, for those who enjoy having a camera readily available.

The only draw back to this bag is it won't close if I put my XT and/or XSi batteries in it. I have several Adorama slinger bags for filters and they hold up better than the cases made by the filter manufacturers. This case made for media seems to be as well made.

This is very good for holding all of those card in one secure places so that you don't lose those expenisve cards. Very useful, especially with the extra compartment for the batteries. Was looking to purchase individual holders for cards and batteries. No need to with this! Great!

It's hard to put and remove SD cards. Battery storage is a joke for my Nikons. I gave the unit away.

It's like a velco and nylon wallet. Lots of velcro, big stitches, not exactly formal wear, but for the price it achieves its purpose and provides quick access to cards or other equal sized or larger items. Wouldn't trust a small remote control or tiny screwdriver not to fall out though.

8-9-07 I was diappointed with the number of "disc" pockets. How are you supposed to fit 8 memory cards and their protective case in this. I do like the idea of having my cards & batteries in one case. Overall, I am pleased.

I'm not sure how they got 8 memory cards into one of these cases; I use Compact Flash cards (and keep them in their little clear plastic shipping cases) and can only fit four into the memory card pockets. 8AAs fit with no problems. The little tabs are nice for keeping track of which cards or batteries are full or empty. The "card reader" pouch on the left easily holds my PCMCIA compact flash card adaptor, anything bigger just won't fit.Fully loaded, it's kind of thick. Also helpful are the velcro straps on the back, which allow for vertical or horizontal attachment to the strap of a camera bag, your belt, or the loops on the outside of some of the Adorama bags.

Couldn't believe this storage case was so inexpensive & was worried about what kind of quality it was & if it was really as good as it appeared to be in the add. Well, it is! I'm happy w/it & it keeps me a bit more organized w/my compact flash cards, batteries, etc. Love it & worth every penny!!

I have two of these already and may order more in the Future as they are great. I keep 4 SD cards and 8 AA batteries as well as a stack of business cards in one of them. The other I have a Micro SD adapter in it instead of the cards as well as the SD cards and batteries. The pouches have two sets of strong Velcro straps where you can strap them securely on to almost anything. One of my pouches had a minor manufacturing flaw. One of the horizontal straps has the Velcro attached on the wrong side, but that was not worth sending it back for a replacement. I rarely carry either using those straps and can fix it with some Velcro tape so it is not an issue. I can not see it holding most types of card readers, but I would think most would be more secure in camera or laptop bags. As well personally I can not see needing to access one often enough to have it in one of these pouches. Filled with up to 8 SD cards it is fairly flat, fill it with cards and batteries and more it bulks up to about 2 inches thick and is stretched to the limit, but still fairly light. On a gear belt or camera bag it is easy to carry and a great asset. Add it to your regular belt and the weight may try to pull your pants down especially moving around on a shoot.
