I bought this tripod to mount a Samsung 40 inch TV, it comes with a bracket that allows you to mount a VESA standard adapter in two sizes, 100 and 200 mm in my case I used the 200 mm footprint for my TV. Okay, so far so good. Problems that I encountered......Item arrived with only one box containing the tripod and labeled box 2 of 2, yep to my dismay the mounting bracket was missing. I called Adorama CS and let them know about the issue, next called the manufacturer and they promptly contacted Adorama to make them aware that this is a 2 box item. CONCLUSION, great CS from the manufacturer and Adorama as well, after all we are all humans and make mistakes. Okay back to the product, very solid piece of metal with few plastic components comparable to a top of the line photography tripod, I think the product has been re designed but the one I received has room for improvement specially on the up and down collar that raises the the monitor up and down. Great CS from Adorama as well as the manufacturer.
