I've had 2 of these knives, one was stolen and the other one I lost but they were excellent knives. Easy to sharpen and it takes a lot to dull one. The next time I get a knife it will be this one

Not a very great edc knife, doesn't deploy very fast at all. Really only good for camping and the outdoors.

I've had two of these over the years and honestly I love it. Its cheap and it shows but honestly that's its advantage. It's made so simple being a frame lock that it would be hard to break. Its slim, so it fits easy in my pocket. Its very basic. A blade and a handle. And the locking mechanism is a part of the handle. I'm ok with losing it because if I do I could very easily replace it.

The Gerber Paraframe II fine edge has stood the test of time for one reason, it works. I first owned a Paraframe II decades ago while in the army. And the latest example I bought has the best fit and finish yet!

Great knife. Ive had this knife over a year now and use it a reasonable amount. Ive had NO issues with it. Easy to open and close. Very solid construction. Ive read some reviews concerning the blade rusting and all I can say is it hasn't been an issue. Mine looks as good as the day I got it. Would recommend for a great everyday knife.

I got this knife in the same box as the gator machete Jr. I'm throwing out the mashete because it's blade would roll and bend but this pocket knife is great if I were you I would buy 6

Not a bad little knife overall. Works well as an edc. Pros: Looks great. Extremely minimal Descent blade Once open, fits hand comfortably Takes up little space in pocket Cons: Though to open, fairly stiff. It's almost too small to get any leverage on it. Left hand thumb knob is a little bulky, catches on pocket edge.

The open frame makes it easy to slip a finger through to the blade-edge, thereby cutting oneself. Caution is advised. A good tertiary utility knife ; not an ideal EDC knife. The cheaper EDC knife "Kershaw Vapor III" is noticeably better built and finished.

I own dozens of knives and the Paraframe II is my favorite edc blade. The framelock is rock solid, pocket clip is very secure, and the knife holds a decent enough edge. New ones come a little stiff to open, but the blade can be easily adjusted and will smooth out more with use. With a upward flick of my thumb mine now opens just as fast as a assisted opener. Paraframe knives are a very good value for the money and being very thin and light I usually don't even notice it's clipped to my pocket. Great knife, I would highly recommend them.

The Gerber Paraframe II Stainless Fine Edge Knife is a simple open frame design that is extremely lightweight and easy to clean. The blade is made out of a high carbon stainless steel material that requires less sharpening than inferior knives. It is made with a frame lock that is guaranteed to keep your blade secure in the open or closed positions. Built with a smooth stainless steel handle and a clip for secure travel.
