Handle Inserts Fall Out

I've been very happy with this knife except that the rubber handle inserts tend to fall out and get lost. Otherwise I like the size and the fact that it can ride very low when clipped in your pocket and thus very discreet. I think I'd prefer the same knife with a grip designed to not have rubber inserts.
