The Gefen 1:8 Splitter for HDMI with FST and 3DTV (White) divides a single hi-def A/V source to up to 8 HDTV displays simultaneously. It is compatible with HD sources supporting resolutions up to 1080p Full HD with Deep Color, 3DTV and lip-sync pass-through and lossless audio formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. You can individually disconnect or reconnect the displays without disrupting the switching process. Equipped with FST (Fast Switching Technology), the Splitter eliminates HDMI authentication process, based on the HDMI and HDCP specifications and offers quick and efficient switching.

Using the Mini-USB port, you can upgrade the field firmware. Equipped with advanced EDID (extended display identification data) management features, the splitter easily integrates with different sources and display devices. It supports the use of DVI sources and DVI displays with an HDMI-to-DVI converter cable or adaptor. The 1:8 Splitter for HDMI with FST and 3DTV (White) comes with a 6-foot Locking HDMI cable and 5V DC Locking Power Supply.
