The Gemini's MM-4000 provides a feature-rich solution for DJs, club owners and sound installation professionals looking to incorporate a premium, mixer into a rack setup. This 4-channel 19-inch mixer combines flexible connections and comprehensive features in a 4U rackmountable design, making the MM-4000 a dynamic and powerful addition to any DJ rack, club installation or live sound reinforcement application. The MM-4000 boasts an extensive input/output section featuring six line inputs and two phono/line convertible RCA jacks.

The unit also includes Master, Record and Zone RCA outputs for connecting external equipment like amplifiers and recording devices. For microphones, the MM-4000 provides five inputs (one combo XLR-1/4-inch jack and four 1/4-inch jacks) and 2-band EQ for controlling the high and low frequencies of your mic signal. A convenient Talkover switch also allows you to quickly decrease the main output so the microphone can be heard over the music.

To enhance your creativity and help you craft a unique sound, the MM-4000 sports an impressive Effects Section with eight tasteful yet powerful DSP effects that include Reverb, Echo, Vocal Cancellation, Auto Wah, Flanger and Auto Pan. The section also offers an Effect Selection rotary, a Wet/Dry rotary and a Cue EFX button that lets you monitor the effect in your headphones before mixing it in. These effects can even be assigned to your microphone signal.

For outstanding control in any setting, the MM-4000 provides a volume fader, rotary gain control and 3-band EQ on each channel. A tight, smooth Rail Glide cross fader also allows you to mix evenly from one source to another, while a cross fader assignment rotary lets you designate which two channels will be controlled. And for even greater convenience, the MM-4000 includes a VU meter for monitoring decibel levels and a cable for connecting your iPod or other portable media player.
