Gino C : Is there a way to hook up headphones thru this spkr?THEO L : I don't believe that you can hook headphones directly these speakers but I'm not 100% sure.ANDREW R : While this unit is equipped with a 1/4" output, the manufacturer does not specify if the output is stereo or if it is headphone compatible.
Gino C : I plan on using for home studio use only (no public venue), to play music via iPod, laptop and use 2 overhead condense mics for a set of acoustic drums. Would this be satisfactory? I would consider the 12", but the larger watts and woofer would be an advantage for better sound> Thanks for your inputDANIEL L J : I hook my Technical Pro MRS43U 4 2-Way Active/Passive Studio Monitor Speaker System to a 32" Toshiba TV on top of our fireplace and they work fine. I just turn down the tv speakers and just use the monitor speakers. They sound much better than the tv speakers. I don't see why your speakers wouldn't work just as good.

About Gemini RS-415

The RS-415 is a 300-watt built-in amplifier, the RS-415 provides generous power to its internal drivers. This active bi-amped loudspeaker boasts a beefy 15-inch woofer with a 3-inch voice coil for strong, rich lows and low-mids. The enclosure also features a 1.75-inch Titanium high frequency driver that delivers crisp, lucid highs, which cut without sounding shrill or piercing.

Lightweight ABS construction ensures that the RS-415 is as durable as it is portable, while flying points and a pole-mount receptacle make it perfect for mobile DJs, gigging bands and installation applications. Recessed handles also enhance its convenience, making it easy to transport from one performance to the next.

The RS-415 features bass and treble tone control, so you can customize your sound for nearly any situation. And to ensure reliable, optimal performance, a Clip LED illuminates if the speaker system is overloading. Flexible connections also add to the speaker's versatility, with dual microphone inputs (xLR and 1/4-inch stereo) with separate gain control; line RCA and xLR inputs with separate gain control; and xLR and 1/4-inch output connectors.
