I work with two monitors - not of the same manufacture. I had problems with my previous calibration device but the Colormunki balanced them out. I also like that the Colormunki works well with my other X-Rite products I use, like the Colorchecker Passport.

I use this on my Mac with the open source DisplayCAL software and it does a great job with monitor calibration. My old Huey had died, so I hadn't used a calibrated monitor in a while and was thinking my monitor colors looked pretty good using the built-in sRGB profile. But I was surprised at just how much better things looked after calibration. The grayscale colors are what immediately stand out after calibration when doing A/B comparisons--I though the grays were neutral, but the calibrated display showed that they were not. It is nice to be using a calibrated monitor once again knowing I'm seeing the colors I'm supposed to be seeing and that I'll have an accurate color profile to embed when sending things off to be printed.

I am a semi-professional photographer and have always wondered about the color calibration of my two monitors. I have tried many manual calibration methods, but there is no way to actually know if they are calibrated because they are based on my perception. When I print photos, they are close to what I edited, but still don't match what is on the monitor. It is probably a combination of the monitor colors being off as well as the photo processing equipment. ColorMunki removes one of the variables. My 2 monitors are different brands/specs and the same image (before calibration) looks totally different on each of them. So, I decided to get a ColorMunki-Display and calibrate both monitors. Software installation/registration and setup was easy. Calibration took probably about 5 minutes per monitor. When finished calibrating, you can see the difference between before and after (a very useful feature). When calibrating a second monitor, you have the option of using the first monitor as a reference. After the second monitor finished calibrating, my 2 monitors were basically in-sync. ColorMunki was worth every penny.

Easy to use and good results. Only reason for 4 stars is that there could be a little more help with settings for various computer screens. It took some experimentation to get the right setting. Never got an answer from the support department.

I would recommend this product based on how well it calibrates my monitor. the only issue I have is with larger monitors. I have to hold the device against the screen while it calibrates.

Easy set up . It did crash twice but who knows why. I'm on a mac mini w/10.11.6 . The calibration is spot on. I print on an Epson 4800. Monitor to print match is excellent. Does the job for a good price.

I recently purchased the Colormunki for my monitor and have to say I'm quite pleased with the results. As a graphic designer, being able to send custom designed logos to clients with confidence that the colors are accurate is extremely important. As for Adorama, this was my first purchase and I have no complaints whatsoever. My order arrived in a respectable amount of time from my purchase date and in one piece. I feel confident I can use them again and honestly feel Adorama gives Amazon a run for its money!!

Nice compact unit, easy to set up and use. The software guides you through the process. You can make different calibrations to switch between if you need, like one using D50 and one using D65. Can be used for more than one monitor.

I was having major issues with my photos not looking right on social media and printed. Once I used the Colormunki I was able to properly color correct my screen which resolved the issues I was having. Worth the money if you print or share your photos.

The software and the X-Rite Display equipment are very easy to use and appears that the results are truthfully faithful to the scenes' colors. I particularly like the ability of this calibrating equipment to maintain calibration modality as the room's light intensity varies... I've always been told that monitor calibration were worthless because of this always changing room condition.

A very nice product. Easy to use and install. I did have a glitch installing the software the first time, but it worked when I tried it again. It wanted to download a new version, which on my slow internet connection took a long time, then said there was an error and couldn't update. The product registration system is klutzy, requiring you to enter information twice for no known reason. I like the ambient light sensor, since I'm using this on a laptop. I'm also hoping to use it on a tablet as they have an Android App, but I need to pick up an USB to Mini USB adapter first (it would be really nice if they kitted one with this).

I purchased this to calibrate my monitors. I'm a very serious photo hobbyist who has been involved in photography for over 45 years. Trying to get a photo to print out and have it look like it did on your monitor is very hard to obtain unless your monitor(s) are properly calibrated. The Color Munki Display is an excellent value and is a step up from the entry level calibration tools/software. It is extremely easy to use and you can use some very advanced features if you are so inclined. One of the best features is that it takes ambient light changes and corrects for them in real time, if you so desire. My son just built a new computer for me which is bent towards my photographic needs. It has a serious (read as $$$) video card and a 36" monitor for my aging eyes. I used the Color Munki Display for two desktops and 1 laptop and it delivers very true results. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!

The device itself is very simple, and the software included (though download the latest version from X-Rites website!) gives good instructions for simple calibration. I use it to calibrate all my displays to rec709 for color grading and video editing, to which the colormunki has a simple option to calibrate to rec709. 5 minutes for proper calibration? wouldn't have it any other way.

I am very pleased with the performance of this product. If was very easy to use and set up. Did a thorough job of measuring ambiant light, screen brightness, contrast, and made some long needed, quick adjustments to my Apple monitor. I've tried to do this on my own, by eye, with not so wonderful results. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to quickly and accurately color calibrate their monitor.

When optimizing across multiple platforms and printing it is important to have confidence in the accuracy of the colors. I have cheap monitors, and even with them, by using the Colormunki I've noticed my edits come out more consistent across my social media platforms in terms of mood/feel, and I have confidence in being a lot closer with my prints. Calibration is reasonably fast, and the software walks you right through it.
