I use multiple monitors and was in the process of printing more images for clients. My colors were a bit blah and inconsistent. This was exactly what I was looking for. My colors are now true on all monitors and in print. This solution offers a decent amount of options, but yet is simple enough to gain calibration in 6-10 minutes per monitor.

I bought this because it was recommended during an online Canon course, it made my screen very dark and the colors are really off now...backing it out of my computer now!

I was worried that this would be difficult to use and that it may not work on my laptop (ASUS running Windows 10). Turns out I was worried for nothing. Installation was easy - just follow the steps. The calibration process is super-easy! Again, just follow the easy steps. Although not as feature packed as higher priced units, this is well worth the 5-star - when considering the price on sale. For full price ($) I would give it 4 stars, simple because the benefit vs cost would not be as high.

This is the first time I bought and used a calibrator. I used it for my Dell S2417DG gaming monitor, in conjunction with DisplayCAL (which recognized this ColorMunki device with no issue). It helped me adjust the RGB settings in the monitor menu and create an ICC profile how I wanted. I did not use the bundled software because from what I read, DisplayCAL is better (sorry X-Rite), so I cannot comment on it but it may have been fine enough for my simple needs. If you get this at the price, it's an amazing deal and the reason I bought it.

I dont really have too much to say about this - it seems to work pretty well. The only complaint i has is the method of 'attaching' it to the screen. Can be a little bit of a pain to get it to lay totally flush against the screen.

I need the image on the screen to match what I print, so colormunki is ideal. I do use Color checker for adjustments in lightroom. It is an additional benefit to have the monitor match the print. Your display will be dimmer as a result. That takes some getting used to. But I have the luxury of a second monitor that I can keep brighter.

My old x-rite eye one no longer worked with my newer Mac and it's been a while since I decided what I wanted to buy in it's place. I purchased this because in my digital photography class we use this product, but the next model up, and as soon as I used it I knew I needed my own. I only chose to go with the model below it because of price, and I do not regret it. I don't see a difference between the 2 and it works great for what I need, mostly use lightroom with it.

Install is just a breeze. I didn't use the CD provided but download the software from xrite website. I calibrated on both my Macbook pro and WIndows PC, the process is easy, just following the instruction on the application. One note is that after calibration, the all the calibrated screens seem to be a tad warmer that my previous settings. Maybe because I tend to prefer cooler settings before. However, all the different type of screens after calibration, giving quite unique tonal & brightness.

The x-Rite ColorMunki is easy to use and very effective. I like the before and after feature which lets you see just how far out of calibration your monitor was. If your work is being printed, you need this device and ICC profiles from your lab. It will make a huge difference in your final prints!

I've been guesstimating the colors and tones of my work in phones, tablets. screens and projectors for years. I've learned to do it right roughly 80% but sometimes i find out the pictures or movies look horrible in apple products or on a phone. This was the product that changed it to 100% all the time. If you think your pictures, videos look good; try seeing/watching them on a phone, an imac, macbook pro, or a projector and be ready to be horrified ESPECIALLY on work heavily worked, graded, and adjusted. Your photo lab will fix this on prints. But on the net or on a screen or projection, you're on your own.

I have only use this device once to sync all of my monitors. It was very easy to use and all my displays are now very similar so I can edit my photos on any of my devices. So far very happy with the results.

There seem to be more expensive calibration tools - this one works, which is good enough for me. I've used it on a dual-headed Linux desktop and a MacBook Pro.

I bought this on a whim because of the tie-in with Breast Cancer Research. I have used a ColorMunki at school and was holding out for the other version so that I could calibrate my screens and printer, but this came out just as I was making my annual contribution to the Komen Foundation. Komen will get a smaller check this year, but I am glad that Adorama and X-Rite are picking up my slack. Thanks guys!
