This laptop combines a speedy processor, 10th Gen Intel, with a powerhouse Nvidia 3080 mobile graphics processor along with 32GB of fast memory.  The keyboard offers full RGB, but if that isn't your thing you can make it all one color, including looking like a regular white backlight keyboard.

The system is a reasonable weight and offers a very high refresh FHD (1920x1080) display.  The display is non-touch which for most will be fine.  It is bright and sharp.

The 1TB drive is Gen 3 and offers fast boot times and file access.  You can also add an additional NVMe or M.2 SSD drive for additional storage.

This unit is geared towards games, but is also well suited for creators.  There are a good number of ports, but be aware all the ports regardless of form-factor are 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1, not Gen 2.  This unit also lacks Thunderbolt 3.  If faster I/O is important you may want to consider other units.

Gamers and creators alike can't go wrong with the capabilities in this laptop.

Great Laptop to work and play.

I have had my new laptop for a few weeks now and it has performed wonderfully. Once I got all of the configurations sorted out it has been a great machine. I did add a 1 Tb SSD to it right away, the 515 Gb it comes with just isn't enough. But the second drive was easy to install and is working out great.

9.5/10, bigger storage to start with would be a 10/10 for me. Would definitely recommend this laptop!

A perfect price vs. performance laptop

I've had this new laptop for a couple of weeks now so here are my thoughts on it. I came from a i5-9300H and 1660ti so its definitely a big step up. I also haven't really tested the battery life on it since I always play with it docked.

Pros:
-Amazing cooling especially with a pad
-Very upgradeable
-Nice selection of ports
-Performance as expected
-240hz screen is very nice

Cons:
-Wifi card placement or antennas result in a weak receiving signal. My older laptop had the same wifi card and was fine at the same distance from the router, but this laptop could barely connect to it. Fixed this by using a wifi repeater.
-Control Center is very finnicky and buggy, but is the only way to change performance and fan curves.
-Storage was kinda lack luster, upgraded it immediately but would have preferred 1tb ssd to having 32 gb of ram.

I would still recommend this laptop to people who have the budget for it, especially compared to the crazy prices of RTX cards these days.

Best bang for the buck

Excellent gaming laptop and one of the only ways you can get a rtx 3000 card right now. It has a great high refresh rate screen and comes with minimal bloatware. A lot of the negatives the reviewers post about like the webcam or lack of a mechanical keyboard don't really affect me. They keyboard works fine. Its not the best keyboard I've ever used but it functions very well anyways. The CPU, GPU, and Ram mean that I can max out most games at 60 fps and many at 120 fps.

Excellent RTX 3000 Laptop

SOLID

This laptop is amazing. It's an intel 8 core 16 thread. The GPU feels like a RTX 2080 desktop card. The machine just feels extremely snappy and smooth. It is such a good laptop I ordered one for my brother.

Awesome laptop

Great thermals and size with a Mux Switch in Gigabyte software. I need something with a little more umph to it so I upgraded to the 3070 model. Def a good buy

Amazing 3060

an amazing price for the performance within a laptop. I really like the fact that the screen is 240 Hz refresh rate. the camera location is a bit odd, but at least it comes with a camera. the backlight on the keyboard is very nice with adjusting the brightness, and colors. the vibrancy of the screen is very nice, and deals with glare well, but could be better. i would rate this with five stars if it had a thunderbolt port, or gave more adequate details about the features that each port can do, especially the type c port. but overall this is an amazing laptop.

Worth it.

So this is my first Aorus and coming from MSI and Asus in the past, I have to say this is a pretty impressive machine. The amazing refresh rate and thin bezel around the screen makes for a truly immersive experience on some of the highest graphics settings possible. The speed that my laptop is able to perform tasks at is also truly fantastic. Overall a great build. The drawbacks, the biggest one by far, is for such a compact unit the fans struggle to maintain the necessary temperature for this all to work and because of the intelligently functional way the cooling system is designed the user has to suffer through quite a bit of loud continual fan whirring during any extended use. This issue may be exacerbated by the fact that it's summer right now. The only other con is the low camera angle which doesn't work too well for Zoom calls, creates a grainy, dark image. This could just be software though, Skype videos look quite a bit better.
