Love this small softbox, the flash fits snugly unlike some similar softboxes. Easy to hand hold or place on light stand. Had wind blow over my light on a outdoor shoot and no damage to speedlite.

These are a lot of bang for the buck. A lot of good features and a few bad. The height adjustment screw bumps into my Vivitar 283 sensors which limits how deep you can mount them and the opening throat is a little deep so the flash head gets snooted so it doesn't spread well into the box. I added some diffuser cones to the flash to even the spread. But the rest is all good and the front diffusion goes on real easy stretching around the outside, which I really liked. And there are two shoe mounts on it to add a shoe mount receiver. Makes for a very small portable cordless field studio light.

After carefully inspecting the package, there was some skepticism about assembly. Looks simple enough but it took some effort to persuade the steel spring tension wires to bend into position to accept the bonnet. Once the proper shape was established with some persuasion, it did go together well. I don't think you want to assemble and tear down after every use. Other than that, it is a very well made product and the back side accepts a speed light of your choice, held in place by the adjustable bracket. Would recommend , if you have patience.

The bracket has cold shoes for two flashes. I put one pointing straight up and aim the other straight ahead into the 16 inch soft box. It is a little heavy to hand hold this rig with two flashes but the results are better than any single light solution for parties and events.

Well, it's one way to hold your flash but it only uses friction, which is a bit scary for a more expensive speed light. The box is poorly made and the fabric is quite average.

My only complaint is that there are not instructions to assemble. It took me several minutes to figure out. Once it's assembled, it looks pretty good and works good (for its purpose).

The product itself is great. However, I purchased to use with a bare bulb flash and it's not tall enough for my application.

Throws a nice, soft light with the softbox and the included diffusion fabric. The metal bracket allows for both vertical and back-to-front positioning of the speedlight. The plastic speedlight head fitting is a tight fit but works well. The diffusion layer does cut down on the flash intensity 1.5 to 2 stops. Recommended as a quick and portable speedlight solution.

For the price you can't go wrong. I like the way the flash head is held tight in the plastic opening. My only complaint is that no instructions are included. It took more of an effort than should be expected to figure out how to mount the soft box. This is a great first step into using your flash for off-camera work.

I love the bracket. The adapter ring doesnt fit my beauty dish (at all). I have tried emailing and calling only to be put on hold for almost 2 hours (1 hour x 2 calls) so I finally gave up and my husband fixed it for me so it works now. I will use it and love it but your lack of customer service will probably keep me from ordering from you again.

My wireless trigger is shoe mounted, it raises my Nikon 700 flash too high to to use this adapter. I suspect that it will not work for many trigger/flash combinations.

This product came in a half-dozen pieces with no instructions on how to assemble it and set it up. I didn't feel like spending the time and hassle to figure it out so returned it. I'll look for a better soft-box.

The bracket came with the Glow beauty dish. My older Canon speedlite fits perfectly in it. The soft box is great for location shoots.

I bought this to create my own beauty dish and attached the ring to the dish itself. The bracket attaches to the ring very nicely and the softbox kit was an added bonus. The only negative was the case that used to store the softbox was not sewn very well along one edge and the material is pulling loose and fraying. Easy to repair but should have better quality control. Overall pleased with this kit and how it allowed me to fabricate my own beauty dish and attach to the bracket with the included ring.

Acquired a Norman beauty Dish and Wafer softbox. These items allowed me to retrofit these modifiers to be to work with speedlights (Nikon and Quantum) TD5R) Very pleased!
