Experience the transformative power of the Glow ParaSnap OTA Adapter Set, a comprehensive solution designed to revitalize your ParaSnap and HexaPop softboxes. This set is perfectly suited for speedlights and small monolights, enhancing their compatibility with the portable ParaSnap and HexaPop.
The set is composed of three critical components: the OTA-A Adapter Ring, the OTA-A Adapter for Speedlites, and the OTA-H Handle. These elements work in harmony to provide simplified connectivity and accessory modifiers for both the original ParaSnap and the updated ParaSnap II.
The OTA-A Adapter replaces the standard Bowens MOUNT plate, securely attaching to the rear face of the ParaSnap Assembly hub. Once the new Glow ParaSnap OTA-A Ring from the OTA Adapter Set is installed, all OTA Adapters can securely bayonet directly onto the adapter. This allows for seamless use of magnetic rimmed color filters, grids set, and the established Roundhead accessories for the Zoom Li-on X.
The Glow ParaSnap OTA-S Adapter for Speedlights is specifically designed to accommodate standard shoe-mount flashes with rectangular heads. This includes the Flashpoint eVOLV200 series, demonstrating the adapter's versatility. Once assembled, the ParaSnap can be easily placed on all standard lightstands with a 5/8" stud, locking securely with a simple quarter-turn of the twist-lock mechanism.
The Glow ParaSnap OTA Adapter Handle provides connectivity to Speedlight and strobes that would typically only be used as on-camera flashes or remotes, such as the eVOLV200. Its pistol grip design allows for quick changes in tilt and position of the ParaSnap. The handle also serves as a base that swiftly connects to a lightstand, eliminating the need for more complex and less secure support devices.
