This is a plastic adapter that mounts the Forza monolite to a PRE-EXISTING OTA mount.  It is NOT magnetic or rubberized.  The round, magnetic OTA (OTA-F?) fits but doesn't magnetically snap into it.  It does NOT include an OTA wedge or Mount for the Parapop or Parasnap.  The description describes other OTA items, not this.  The pics of the adapter is all you will receive.  It does fit the Nanlite smaller mount to the OTA mount speed ring adapter and that is all.  It is too expensive for a simple plastic adapter.
