Secret weapon for Godox AD200/360 users. You can attach some of the glow softboxes with this, and it makes mounting a fairly large modifier super easy. I have some of the smaller, 13" octoboxes from Norman that weigh about 10 ounces and mount straight to the bare-bulb attachment. The small octoboxes give decently soft light, almost like a beauty dish--compact and "good enough". I wanted something a little more moonlight-y but similar ease--so I got a 20" parabolic--and the light is about as soft as a large umbrella but with more control. Large enough for fairly large groups, or very soft close-portraits. And, it bayonet mounts directly to my AD200! The only issue is the weight feels a little much for the mount, but so far, so good. You just need to mount the light on the front threads and really crank everything down. Setup takes just a moment, rather than a fussy soft box assembly. I am often shooting alone and this means I can have a full portrait or formals setup in just a minute or two.

However, you could get the diffuser and take it apart and use it for much less and you get a diffuser.

The product came and it fits perfectly. However, I have to reuse the existing screw to hold the adapter in place. I hope I could have a few extra screws in case I lose it.

This adapter is ok but once attached to the diffuser and ad200, it's not very tight. I had it fall off a couple of times.

I bought this to use with my Streak Light 360 and the Westcott Rapid Box 28". The Westcott uses a speedlight mount. When mounting the Streak Light, it can have a significant hole out the back allowing light to spill. I put this on the Streak Light then adjust it as close as possible and it works perfect. Much better than using a S bracket and Bowens speedring which was my next option.

I am taking off one star because I think it is overpriced for what it is. However it is very sturdy and no one else makes anything similar so I didn't have a choice. I am using it to connect my Godox AD200/ FlashPoint eVolv200 to a SMDV speed box. This part should be listed as an accessory for the eVolv200 and should be an option for adapters when shopping for soft boxes. I had to do way too much research to discover this.

I have the Glow 38" and 24" works great for the 24". To much pressure on the Streaklight head for 38". I use a Godox S mount with Bowens adapter if I use 38" with Streaklight this allows me to switch quickly from a Streaklight to a Rovelight(monolight) if more power is needed such as High Speed Sync in the middle of the day battling the sun.

The adapter works well with Glow flash braket. It requires removing three tiny screws in order to mount this adapter. I used it with Quantum 4T flash.
