This diffuser came in a very timely fashion and in perfect condition. It fit perfectly on my umbrella and diffuses the light beautifully. There were no stains or anything. It was pure white and very clean. If you need a diffuser for your 51" deep umbrella, this is a no-brainer. Just get them!

Every umbrella needs a diffuser, and these work well. If you need more diffusion because your strobes are too bright (like occasionally with my Godox SK300s) you can also double up with a second one. Seriously Adorama, you should sell the umbrellas and diffusers as a set.

The diffuser is about a one stop diffusion with my AD400 pro, and it really evens out the big Godox umbrella. I?d definitely recommend it!

As my title suggests this diffuser effectively converts an umbrella to a soft-box. A soft-box that large is much more expensive than the cost of the umbrella and the diffuser. Also its much easier to break down and set up if you have requirements for portability. The fabric is sturdy enough and you do not have to worry about tearing of the fabric. The only reason I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 is that it is a bit difficult to mount it on the umbrella until you figure it out. It almost requires 2 people. Basically you collapse the umbrella and insert the tip of the umbrella into the opening and then open the umbrella. If the diffusers edges are overlapping the edge of the umbrella you can then open the umbrella and it will stretch open the collapsed diffuser. You then close the drawstring to avoid any leaks of light. I find that with this 51 inch umbrella you should bring the stem inward so that the bulb is practically touching the center of the mechanics. If you do that you get a much wider spread of light and it does not have the marked drop off of light from the center of the umbrella to the edges.

My Glow Easy Lock 51" umbrella and Diffuser arrived the other day and I was very impressed by its size and the quality of the product. I was definitely impressed by the lock design feature on the umbrella. I can't wait to use it in a few days for the quality of light that I'm looking for. An excellent purchase.

I have a silver lining on my 51” glow umbrellas and the reflective surface is really strong for indoors use so when I use the 51” white diffusers that makes it just right. Noticeable so. For outdoor use the silver lining is just great. Saved quite a bit by not having to buy two more of the 51” size with the white lining and as a added bonus the light quality is so much more flattering because it is now softer.

The translucent diffuser is a must have option for use with the appropriate umbrella. It's like having a soft box and umbrella in one piece of equipment. It's very portable and like I said you have the flexibility to light like a softbox or an umbrella. For the $20 or less price it's almost criminal not to get it if you purchase the Glow umbrella. The product looks exactly like the online photos so I didn't post a photo.

The Glow products are great. I have honesty not compared them to other modifiers, but if it weren’t for Glow, I’d not even have the chance to expirament with lights as other brands are so expensive! I’m akao quite rough on all my gear, and the goow stuff is holding up perfectly.

Easy to install. Easy to remove. Makes for a easy grab-n-go softbox for location shoots. Creates a nice soft light when added to my reflective umbrella.
