The GLOW EZ-LOCK WINDPROOF 41" DEEP UMBRELLA  is the world's first wind resistant umbrella with the Glow advantage. We took the naturally reflective properties of aluminum fabrics, spun in an open weave pattern that allows the offending and dangerous breezes to pass through, while the light is captured and reflected off of its randomized serrated metallic surface. The forces of the airstream are not diverted around the umbrella but waft between the openings. It's not 100 percent wind proof but it's significantly better than a regular umbrella when shooting outside.

Great wind proof modifier and it's portable as well! I liked that the rods were built sturdy unlike other cheaply made umbrellas. All and all a great investment to make especially for outdoor shoots. FYI just don't expect to take this in 20 mph or higher winds. Please still exercise caution and use sand bags and etc.

I took this out to the desert to test it and wow, it works VERY well. I was definitely skeptical because it's still umbrella shaped, but the reflectiveness worked perfectly for a fashion shoot. It's probably one of my favorite modifiers now because it's very lightweight and perfect for those on the go! I'll most likely be adding a couple different sizes to fill in certain needs in the near future
