I received two cases a week ago for the four panels I purchased last year. Accordingly, I do not have any great amount of experience to share. The bags fit very well and provide a solid way to store and transmit the panels. 'Very satisfied

If you're buying Goal Zero Solar 30 panels you're being overcharged about 800% and you might want to protect them as well as you can. I was hesitant to buy them due to earlier reviews concerning poor fit. I bought four of these to house eight panels and I experienced no fit problems at all. As far as price, you're getting a fair deal if you buy them on sale. They're overpriced as all Goal Zero merchandise but not by very much.

Two of these were included with the Yeti 1250 package deal I recently bought. Have to say I'm impressed with the design and construction of these cases. Good heavy material used, protection added inside to prevent the sharp corners of the panels from tearing the cases, plus added protection is included for the panels themselves. Obviously, extra thought was used during their design and it shows. Even look nice! Very happy with the whole system and it's quality! A friend was just looking the system over and he was also impressed.

Well made, tight fit, excellent protection. I should have ordered it when I originally ordered the panels. Now that I have it I use it all the time.

After spending over $400 on BOULDER 30 SOLAR PANEL'S. I thought it would be a good idea to purchase 2, BOULDER 30 TRAVEL CASE'S (costing over $200 together) I was disappointed in the construction and overall quality of the bag. It doesn't surprise me though because you see this with a lot of tech companies being great in one product but lacking experience in soft-goods. Cons: Price: $99 (This product doesn't stand up the quality of a The North Face backpack selling for $99. I would have paid $30-35 for this bag if I had known) Material: 600D or 900D with cheap PU coating on the backside. (Either way I'd suggest working with a better material supplier that offers a durable fabric option rather a fabric that gives you the perception of a price-point JanSport backpack. I'd also back the fabric with TPE or TPU for better protection) Zipper: Generic Zippers (I'd suggest to use YKK zippers coming from a brand that sells within the Outdoor Industry) Webbing: Generic PE loose weave webbing (I would suggest to use Nylon or just a tight weave PE webbing) Hardware: Metal D-Rings (I would suggest to use DuraFlex, using Nylon 6/6 would weather much better from the environments - I see these metal D-Rings rusting) Pros: Silhouette: I think you have the shape correct, once you upgrade the materials the overall product will be on the right track. Internally: The foam divider works well as well the elastic loops.

I got the factory discount on the four boulder 15 array with the carrying case included. After 20 minutes of trying to figure out how to fit all four panels into the case. I can't do it, and I'm going to call tomorrow to see if GZ has a diagram or photo proving me wrong. I'm sure it fits the 30 just fine... But it does not "fit" without more effort than I would expect from a carrying case.

This is very useful land it fits like a glove to protect my solar panels, so that I may transport them while traveling.

I bought 2 of these to use with my Goal Zero Generator for camping. Makes traveling much easier and I don't have worry about the panels. The only problem I've had with them is that the case is a little snug and its hard to close with the zipper when you put two panels in it.

This product does what it was designed to do within its limitations. The panels fit very tightly, so tightly that it is time consuming to get them in right. There is no accessory pocket for the quick clips or extra cables one might need. This bag does NOT fit boulder 15s in any reasonable way, shape or form. A separate design would be necessary to do the job. GZ insists this case works for Boulder 15s. NOT TRUE! The case does protect the panels very well as long as they are both facing toward the center. The case and zippers are well built and fairly durable. If GZ had a similar case for Boulder 15s, I'd buy it.

Was thinking of designing and making my own carrier for the panels. This was a great alternative even for the price.

Easily carry two Boulder 30 Solar Panels in a Goal Zero Boulder 30 Travel Case with detachable strap. The Case padded layer to protect the two panels from hitting against each other.
