Bought it a month ago and going to buy another. Tried other brands ,but the Anderson connectors did work with goal zero products

As mentioned by other users, the polarity marking are reversed on the MC4 connectors. The positive (red) MC4 connector (male end) led to the negative HPP connector and visa versa for the negative MC4 female connector. I was using this adaptor to connect to a 3rd party solar panel. Fortunately I had a voltmeter to verify the current direction from the porta coming directly off the solar panel and then through the adaptor. Even without the voltmeter, I could feel mostly confident seeing where the +\-wires traveled from the MC4 to the HPP. This should be remedied immediately. No one should have to worry if they are going to screw up their solar battery due to the reversed polarity markings on this adaptor. Outside of that, it performs the job of connecting my solar panel to my Yeti 1500x. It's been briefly used so I cannot comment on the longevity.

Be aware that the polarity that is marked on the MC4 connectors is the opposite of the way you will be hooking it up. Goal Zero sources the connectors they use for this adapter and they are pre stamped with the + & - symbols. In my opinion, Goal Zero should add a sticker to each connector to note that the polarity is flipped.

After connecting a couple of old 237w solar panels on the roof of my shed in parallel, this MC4 adapter made it a cinch to charge my 6000x through the Anderson Power Pole input.

The transactions are all great at Adorama. Fast shipping. The problem I have had are many of these cables are on back order and in one case no longer made. There should be better support from the manufacture to support existing and older tech.
