The ProSeries Shielded External Ground Pass-Through RJ45 Modular Plugs with Cap45 & Bar45 from Simply45 are a high-quality, reliable solution for your Cat6 STP networking needs. These durable plugs, available in a stylish red tint, come in a convenient 50-pack jar, making them an excellent choice for bulk purchasing.
Designed for 23AWG solid, PE insulated Cat6 STP cables, these plugs feature a high/low stagger for wire conductors ranging from 1.10mm to 1.20mm (0.043" - 0.047"). The two-piece plug design separates the metal shell shield from the RJ45 body, allowing for easier insertion of large diameter 10G LAN cables and improving NEXT performance by reducing the length of untwisted wires inside the plug.
These innovative RJ45 modular plugs are equipped with the patented Cap45 (PATENT: 10,811,831 B1), an isolation cap/bar that snaps onto the front of the plug after termination, covering exposed wire ends and eliminating any electrical risks. The Cap45 is a must-have for all pass-through RJ45 modular plugs used in commercial and certified system terminations.
The ProSeries plugs also incorporate the exclusive Bar45 load bar, designed to improve termination performance and simplify the process. The Bar45 is made of materials that provide better signal isolation and substantially reduce the effects of crosstalk inside the RJ45 mod plug, thereby enhancing cable performance.
These RJ45 modular plugs are UL94 V0 commercial rated and support performance standards ANSI/TIA 568.2-D for Cat6/; ISO/IEC 11801 Class Ea and E. They are recommended for Cat6 shielded LAN cables and accommodate PE insulated wires. The plugs also feature a 3-prong pin design with 50micro of true 24ct gold plating, improving electrical performance and signal integrity.
The ProSeries Shielded External Ground Pass-Through RJ45 Modular Plugs are color-coded for easy identification and come in a wide-mouth jar for easy hand access. They are UL Listed, bearing the UL Logo on the Simply45 packaging, representing the highest quality and safety standards.
