Designed with user-friendly plug-and-play operation, the WMicS1 Kit 1 is perfect for YouTube creators, Instagram influencers, TikTok personalities, and vloggers. The kit includes a bodypack transmitter equipped with an easy-to-read OLED display, showing the mic's input level, muting status, and battery life. The omnidirectional lavalier microphone ensures consistent audio levels, even when the subject turns away from the mic. The lightweight bodypack transmitter features an On/Off switch that also functions as a mute button. You can switch the RF power between 40mW for maximum transmission distance and 10mW for extended battery life. The dual-channel receiver, which can be mounted directly onto your DSLR or mirrorless camera, offers 96 frequencies to choose from, helping you avoid wireless signal interference. It operates on two AA batteries or can be powered via USB. The receiver also features a 3.5mm headphone output, allowing you to monitor your sound while recording, ensuring a clean signal capture. I like all my Godox equipment. I'm not hard on my stuff and I haven't had any problems with any of it.
The menu system on these is straightforward. Range has been fine so far (I am using high power) and there are no issues at 100'
