Just switched over to Garmin for the first time and to be honest, I wished I would have a long time ago. These units are intuitive and the ease of dialing them in is amazing. Much more control. Can you plug and play? Absolutely. But the amount of user control is fantastic and allows one to dial in as conditions change quickly and with ease. Love the Echomap Ultra 126sv!!

I have four of these on my new boat. I've used all three of the big brands and overall these are the best.

Fired Lowrance years ago. This is my third Garmin and will not go back. Units work great and my first two units are over five years old, never a problem. Great customer service every time. Now if we could just get something better than the active captain it would be even better.

Works great but the Active Captain is brutal, especially on a Android system.

I have had this unit for 3 months now. It works very well and is very easy to install, adjust and interpret images. I use it with the GT56 transducer as well as the lvs34 live scope. I have it networked with a 106 SV in my boat as well. Locations at the helm and bow. The quick connect mount and flexibility of using either unit in either position is very handy. Love this unit and it really is "Plug n Play" very easy installtion.

Just bought it; haven't had a chance to really dial it in. Been focused on the console down vu unit. From what I have done, user friendly, lots of videos on it too help, the clarity and touch screen is amazing; can't wait to spend a few hours on the water and put this to use.

Garmin has really become one of the leaders in the fishing electronics market. The units are user friendly easy to understand. The picture resolution is also great. Very crisp and clear lines. If you are looking for one of the best fish finders look no further.

Not a lot to be said that hasn't been said about this unit already. Had the chance to get this out for the first couple times and am really impressed by how big the screen seems. It is clear, easy to use and it responds quickly when switching screens and using the menu. I would absolutely buy this again.

Just purchased a 12 inch echomap ultra. I also have another 12 inch, 2 10 inch ultras and a 9 inch uhd as well as a garmin trolling motor. All are top notch and the support is next to none. I could not be more satisfied,

Bought to finish retrofit of my 2017 bass boat then upgrade the 106 sv I'd placed at the bow. Helps my aging eyes see crappie on livescope immensely. Works well with the other Garmin electronics and Force trolling motor. We've used it a couple times and really like it. Expect to like it more as we use it more. Need to work towards replacing the lvs32 for even better resolution. Am very pleased with moving out boats to Garmin electronics.

I had been using Humminbird for many years but decided to go all Garmin since I can't live without my Livescope and really wanted one boat network. I really like that Garmin owns Navionics and so features like lake level offset are truly integrated vs not (Lowrance???). I will say Garmin has a lot of options and could use a way to build profiles for different personas. A bass angler for example will never want all the details that Navionics can put on the screen so you have to manually remove everything in the menu. Why not a simple profile system that gets you 90% there and then you customize?? I plan to read the manual so I understand the basics but even without reading it I was able to fish in my first tournament this weekend.

I purchased my echomap ultra 126sv the main reason for the purchase was the live scope I owned the Lowrance active target it worked but nowhere as good as live scope I was able to go fishing the other day and I set some perimeters I learned on youtube the images were great I'm still in the learning curve but I'm enjoying it best investment ever

I started with a pair of Echomap UHD 93SVs and added a pair of Ultra 126SVs with Livescope and a pair of GT-56 transducers, all networked with a GMS-10 hub. I use the 126s for Livescope at the bow and sidescan at the helm. The larger screen size really allows me to expand the Livescope scene and break out targets, especially since my near vision is starting to fade. The only challenge is the touchscreen and the location of gain and range adjustments. It is easy for the screen to bite off on an errant hit and send you where you don't want to go. For sidescan, the additional size allows me to expand that scene, especially when scanning under docks and just looking to 1 side. The high definition really allows me to make out structure and mark points of interest which shows up on my map, which I'm using the 93SVs for now.

Brought the 12 to replace the 9 on November 4th Then the price dropped to half price on Black Friday. Since I purchased 2, I lost 2600 bucks. Garmin will do nothing to help. I have 2 9 inch, 2 12 inch, and a Force. Will I be a Garmin man in the future? Not sure. Wish I had purchased a 26 inch.

I recently purchased the 126sv and the east coast charts. I installed it and the transducer the next day on my 30 ft. Rigid inflatable. Then i towed the boat tonHilton Head island. I had never been there before. To my surprise the echomap community had recorded 100 % of the waters on and around Hilton Head. Without this unit, i would have been scared to death, and would have run aground even while being between the channel markers. It is like having your own private guid

I have owned and used Lowrance fish finders all of my life and made the switch to Garmin with the Echomap Ultra 126sv and absolutely love it. It is hands down the best fish finder I have ever used and when paired with the panoptix livescope transducer it doesn't get much better.

Still learning how to operate the plotter. The few times I have I have been thoroughly impressed with the screen clarity, ability to read the bottom at speed and overall performance. Still learning, watching videos to understand what it is I am looking at.....
