As this is the only battery that fits the Epic Pro and because the price is fixed, there is not much more I can say.

Design Flaw?

I have a limited amount of experience with the GigaPan Epic Pro and batteries but my first impressions are mixed. The battery seems to have a decent life before needing recharging and it seems to charge relatively quickly. The negative comment I have appears to be a design flaw. There is a thin plastic edge on the locking end of the battery intended to provide a flush fit to the Epic Pro body. But, after only three uses this thin plastic edge is already breaking off. I am not sure it will effect the performance but it may allow for dust to enter the battery cavity over time. I am pretty careful with my equipment so it may never be a real problem.
