I bought the case about 11 months ago. I put it to norma use. On my last outing, one D-Ring connectors came lose causing the tripod to fall. I jerry-rigged it. Within minutes the other connector broke. The sewing and/or thread were of very poor quality. I'll be contacting the manufacturer to see if they'll replace it.

I can stow the carbon fiber tripod with ball head and leveler attached. So far so good, though I have only had it for a week or two.

You can use it like a backpack or shoulder bag or as it is designed to be used, like a briefcase. Sturdy nylon design, well stitched.
