Super Fast

When used with the USB 3.1 Type-C interface this drive reads/writes at speeds that are obviously faster than any SATA drive I have used. Because of no moving parts it will (hopefully) last for many years.

Perfect portable drive

I got it on sale for $ from adorama, at that price it was a steal. Build is good but probably wouldn’t drop it on concrete and expect it to survive. Write speeds seem as advertised, I only had it for a couple weeks some can’t comment on reliability.

Portable SSD for a great price

I purchased the G-Technology 1 TB slim USB 3.1 Type-C when it was on sale. It works as advertised with an Apple MacBook Pro. I have not had any problems with it. It is a great value for the price I paid.
